Tradition and progress since 1897
HIRO LIFT is the leading manufacturer of special lifts in Germany. Since the company was founded in 1897 we have been, and still are, successfully engaged in many branches of the lift construction business. The product range offered by our old-established company includes stair lifts, inclined wheelchair lifts and wheelchair platform lifts, through to Passenger lifts to meet special architectural specifications.
Germany’s largest manufacturer of stair lifts
From 1977 onwards we began to specialise successively in the “lifts for the elderly and lifts for the disabled” product lines. Today we are a leading company in these branches and the largest German manufacturer of stair lifts. This success is due in no small measure to the development of our patented traction drive with its excellent running characteristics.
The latest product lines “Passenger lifts for private houses”, including the HIRO Prestige, for example, extend the range of classical Passenger lifts. The “Prestige” is particularly attractive due to its space-saving construction, which opens up completely new possibilities for the installation of classical Passenger lifts in detached, semi-detached and terraced houses.
Quality, ingenuity and customer proximity
“Individual and high-quality solutions for lift systems are the particular strength of our company. Whether in planning, technical quality assurance or service - it is always the wishes and requirements of our customers that direct our actions”, explains Dr. Wilfried Hein, director of HIRO LIFT when describing the philosophy of our company.
Today, as always, HIRO LIFT is a catch-phrase for quality products that are “Made in Germany”. All the lifts are custom made at our Bielefeld premises according to your individual requirements. Around 200 employees develop, design and manufacture lifts here using state-of-the-art technical processes.
